We are seeking a driven, motivated individual for a Field Account Management position. Primarily responsible for interfacing and interacting with all customers and team members, including management, to fulfill the needs of our customers. Responsible for providing business growth through developing new avenues of revenue, planning and scheduling for our service customers, while providing sales assistance, parts quotes and project management, controls design, and system upgrade projects for all customers.

  • Provide initiative to develop new processes and drive existing processes to higher performance
  • Maintain customer relationships, and develop  with all clients
  • Manage all maintenance and all technicians
  • Plan, schedule and manage all customer accounts
  • Review departmental financial reports on a monthly basis
  • Meet with management to review financial status
  • Responsible for selling services and delivering additional man power support for field service
  • Grow existing accounts and develop new avenues for increased performance
  • Manage, schedule and set priorities for the field technicians
  • Schedule Sales to Ops turnover meetings
  • Set up new agreements to grow business development
  • Ability to plan, schedule and manage approximately current and future business accounts
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on mid to long-term projects and still be able to react to unanticipated demands for your time (customer phone calls, dial-ups, etc.). 
  • Strong communications and interactive skills
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Be willing to travel as needed
  • Construction or Engineering customer relations experience preferred
  • HVAC and/or Mechanical systems experience
  • Account management and/or project management experience
  • Military technical training or Associate's degree or higher in Electronics or other related field. Military training in the following fields desired; Avionics, Electronics, Fire Control, Nuclear, Computer/IT, Electrical/Electrician. Schools from the Navy, Marines, Air Force, Army, Coast Guard preferred
  • 4-8 yrs management experience
  • Prefer candidates with the following Military accomplishments:
  • Proven top performer such as Meritorious Promotions, NCO of the quarter/year or any other Command recognition or awards for superior performance
  • Progression in career, promoted ahead of peers
  • On-going or advanced education
